Re: VoLTE and Wifi on prepaid with unlocked

Facebook app installer Facebook app manager

Not only do the to come built-in worthen the T-Mobile branded phone they also do some very interesting stuff such as attempting to connect online once in awhile even though I do not run them at all. Somebody should be really ashamed about this no? How is T-Mobile okay with being in the bed with Facebook apps finding their own servers without the user's even opening the app installer or at manager.

All the funniest thing I've ever seen is calculator trying to connect to some server.

There is some more interesting things on my phone

I can't speak for Note 8 users, I have the Galaxy S8, I checked this morning and it was available but again for the S8 I don't know about your device

And if you search the version number it comes back as Sprint Note 8 Pie update. I will believe it when people actually get the update.

Much like your last post, this one doesn't make any sense either.

My galaxy s9, that I bought new a year ago should work fine. I haven't done any of that, nor should I need to, it's a 900 phone.

Samsung Note 9 - Multi-Line with Foreign Sim Card

Hey - I am travelling and was wondering if I could use the built in Multi-Line (digits) on my Note 9 to grant me access to the my T-Mobile numbers? Or do I have to use the Digits app? Once I insert a foreign sim, the multi-line settings disappear.

I’ve been with t-mobile and I’ve tolerated everything until now. I have one simple question to ask so decided to used the chat option...20 mins later no one replied...so then I called but then could barely understand what the representative was saying because of their accent and then she had no idea what I was talking about...I ended up hanging up, called back same scenario again. Why even bother having a service if we can’t understand each other? I’m better off speaking to the automated system

I upgraded to S10 but kept my S8 since I couldn't trade it in, but the best part is the hidden gestures for navigation bar. I got screen burn in from the previous nav bar. Only dislike is I kinda liked the Oero icons better and the recent tab was easier on the eyes.

White frame on bottom after Pi update

Received Pi today on my S8+ but I get a white frame on the bottom of the lock screen (supposed to remain all black) containing a back button and a home button.

How do I disable this?

Facebook and Twitter have US-based T-Force support. Whenever you call outside of the team of experts open and close time you get overseas support generally in the Philippines.

S8 +.. I still have not received the update. I assume T-mobile is rolling it out in groups. Not sure how long till it's available for everyone

If it's being this bad, you might want to consider doing a clean install. Doing a factory reset and updating to Pie again might resolve the lag and battery lag issues. Another possible solution to hopefully fix the lag is to turn on Force GPU Rendering. Turn on developer options and scroll down till you find Force GPU Rendering and toggle it on. This could potentially help the lag.

For the first 3 days, so that's strange!

Have you restarted your phone with WiFi ON after doing a Device Maintenance run?

Then if you click on Update Manually, does it say that you're still up to date? Attach a screenshot if you can.

Hypanova, this is why I'm so enthusiastic for the Note8 to get Android Pie; I really like everything that I've seen. Kinda being the last one at the table waiting for pie... haha!

Re: ESIM for iPhone XS

Still a few hours left to the month of March, when postpaid eSIM support was rumored to arrive, but here we are, with iOS 12.2 recently released (if that's what T-Mobile was waiting for) and still no support for postpaid accounts on the eSIM. With that in mind, and the fact that there's been no official word on eSIM since support for new prepaid accounts was released back in December (so, technically, "promise kept"), it seems likely that it's not going to happen, maybe ever.

So if you really want to use two SIMs with one being your existing postpaid account, your choices are:

1. Try the unofficial and *unsupported* methods discussed in this thread (odds seem good that it will work, but good luck if problems).

2. Go buy a dual-physical-SIM China or Hong Kong iPhone model (and try to eBay your current phone).

3. Buy a dual-physical-SIM Android (pretty drastic and not a real solution, but at least WhatsApp is fully supported on it).

4. Get an account on another carrier that supports the eSIM today.

Does it work with other carrier customers or perhaps the file is too large or can you tell us what phone you're using and which messaging app you are using? Have you contacted TMobile to make sure there is no message blocking accidentally enabled?
