Wow you really get off at seeing people upset over being lied to. You feel the need to continue to put salt in the wounds. Good for you.

Re: Moto Z2 Force Android Pie Update
How is it rubbing salt in your wound?
I just posted a link, that someone else would have, showing it was Moto's decision not to push the update and like I said in a previous post
I have a LG V30 phone that was a flagship phone and may be in the same boat as you.
Re: Moto Z2 Force Android Pie Update
Tidbits had posted an article at 941 this moring saying the exact same thing as the one you posted.
Re: Moto Z2 Force Android Pie Update
And this was a post yesterday from a person who said they were a moderator on the Moto forums
saying he was going to contact management to look into this and hasn't posted since.
It would of been nice if he could of reported his findings.
Didn't see Tidbits post but the Tmonews article gave the lame Moto excuse of not updating to Pie because it's a "complex process".

Seriously?? I'm a moderator on the Motorola support forum and I have not heard of this. I'm curious as to where you found this information. I will send this comment over to the support management to look into this though."
Re: Security Concerns -- What is T-Moblile doing about it?
I might be more tech saccy than some, but I understand how easy it is to steal someone's SIM information without even needing to hold the device. It doesn't matter how hard these companies, T-Mobile included, the criminal determination is usually more than the measures to stop them. Protect your device, personal data, and personal information, are all good ways to help prevent this and other forms of personal theft from happening.
Re: Cannot pay bill
If you cancelled your auto pay before cancelling your final bill had a chance to be billed. More than likely not. You can use the online chat system to talk to a T-Mobile rep to verify if there is any balance remaining on your account.
Re: Will my US T-mobile XS Max accept a UK EE sim card?
To be sure, call Customer Care and either request a temporary unlock or a permanent unlock. What you will need will depend on how long you plan to be away for. Just make sure you get it done before you leave. Have a fun and safe trip!
Re: Why is a Note 8 slower than a S9 on WiFi?
The S9 is newer hardware.

You want my reply? Here it is. I think it's horrible that someone pulled
this upgrade. Im not happy about it at all. I had to find out from here
about this. We always say that we find out the same time as the public but
we were not informed at all. I don't know who's to blame. Lenovo is slowly
killing Motorola. They should never have been allowed to buy it. Ever since
that moment things have gotten worse. I know own more more Motorola phones
than them. And by the way I think we know of each other Gramps28. We're you
a part of the Cliq XT group way back?
I may have posted on the Cliq XT forums back in the old Tmobile forum days but I had a Moto Pebl.
Re: How to recover password of tmo.blackberry.net account?
Would it be possible to reset the BIS password nowadays? How?
What I know or think I remember: I'm not sure the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) can even be accessed via a T-Mobile website. Maybe. But this is a legacy BBOS issue, and many years ago BlackBerry provided a full featured BIS Portal with the device software around BBOS version 4.6 or 4.7, or whatever 4.X version, point being it was a long time ago. My memory is carriers took down the BIS portal on their sites shortly after this.
I've long since forgotten the details, but I don't remember using a password with the BIS Portal on the device. I wouldn't swear to it, but I think when I used the BIS Portal on T-Mobile's website I only had to log in to My T-Mobile and then go to the portal, with no additional log in at the portal. However, at T-Mobile, I had to associate my account with an active BlackBerry device PIN. Thinking about this, I believe this is why there was no password on the BIS Portal on the device.
At any rate, several other points:
At some point when the OP left the BBOS device there should have been the option to forward the email received at the hosted email address. I know I did that, and occaisionally I even now get a spam email received at my hosted tmo.blackberry.net address that was forwarded to my active email account.
I don't think this is the solution to the OP's problem, but FWIW maybe the OP still has a legacy BBOS device in the drawer, and it boots up, and the OP can access the BIS Portal on that device and see what can and can't be done.
Additionally, as I say, consumer BBM is no longer operating. Enterprise BBM (eBBM) is available to consumers on iOS and Android. If the OP wanted to go that solution, then the OP could simply create a new BBID. The hosted email address doesn't even enter the picture.
Re: SyncUp drive data speeds are too slow
That's B$! The Sync is advertised as a HotSpot. Its advertised as a "Mobile Hotspot" right on the box. The website says "Stream, call, and text on up to five devices."
So if we have streaming problems it's a problem they need to fix.
Re: SyncUp drive data speeds are too slow
If you have streaming problems it could be that you maxed your 2GB limit and need to get the 6GB plan. To start you only 2GB as High-Speed. You need more to be High-Speed for streaming.
Re: What phone to migrate to from Windows Phone?
Thank you! I'll have to give LG Bridge a look at. But LG UP won’t work because I can’t get into download mode. Only recovery mode with the custom TWRP (v2.7) recovery is all it will do.
Re: What phone to migrate to from Windows Phone?
Ya. I should have looked up some more threads. The one I read only has 11 posts and seems quite vague to me:

Re: What other carriers will the Stylo 3 Plus T-mobile will work?
Any Tmobile mnvo will work of course and AT&T and their mnvo's should work.
You just need to check the bands of the network the buyer is using and compare them to Tmobiles.
Re: What other carriers will the Stylo 3 Plus T-mobile will work?
Thank you! I wasn't sure about AT&T, but it was just to compare the bands with the phone and the carrier.
Re: Unable to view security cameras via cellular...
this just happened to me 3 days ago with samsung cams.....can access them in any wifi system but not on LTE without a VPN....... We all need a straight answer from you TMOBILE.....Is this an LTE Issue or a 3rd party product issue? I spent 3 hours on the phone today and all you, samsung, and apple did was blame each other and accomplished nothing.
Re: Android Pie Wifi Calling has one-way audio only
It's odd that this is happening on your device as well, chrisavs. Did this just randomly start or did you recently update your phone? How long has this been going on for? Lastly, have you already worked with Tech Support to see if a Trouble Ticket needs to be filed?
Re: Missing Discounts for Existing Advantage Program
Thanks for not forgetting about us, magenta4907301! Yes, it's definitely possible to get the discount back. Money saved adds up! Filing an escalation request may be needed in your case. Which plan are you currently on? As you previously mentioned, you didn't change anything on your account so I'm assuming that it's still a qualifying plan.
